Orders direct to your customer are charged at £8.25 ex VAT. A contact number and email address must be provided to be given to the courier for tracking information.

Please note, some of our products and components are made to order, for these items we will email you with an expected dispatch date.

Order Tracking

Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.

Once dispatched, you will be emailed with tracking information for your delivery. If you miss a delivery, our courier will leave instructions on how to reschedule.

Returns Information

To request a return, please contact us on sales@finesedesign.com or 01207 500050 stating your original order number and reason for the return within 14 days from when you receive the order. If this time has elapsed, restocking charges may apply. Items which have been held for 6 months or more from the date of invoice cannot be considered for a return.

All items should be unused, unfitted and returned in their original packaging. Please use adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit.

The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for the return is at the fault of Finesse Design (e.g. faulty or damaged).

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.

Once returned, you will be refunded within 30 working days.

We cannot accept returns for bespoke or made to order products.

Damaged items can be returned within 7 working days from receipt of goods. All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, unused and unfitted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email on sales@finesedesign.com and we will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full.

If the goods become faulty after use, please send an email to sales@finesedesign.com with a short description of the problem and we will respond with the next steps.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact us on 01207 500050 or sales@finessedesign.com. If your order has yet to be dispatched, a full refund will be processed. However, if your order has already been dispatched before we receive notification of a cancellation request, we will refund the cost of your order minus any delivery charges incurred. 

We cannot accept order cancellations for bespoke or made to order products.
